It has been over 2 months now and the changes are very noticeable. I live alone so instead of putting the crystals at each corner of the bed, I decided to concentrate them around my side of the bed. I have COPD and found that finally I could sleep lying on my back without much breathing issues. I also have been dealing with moderate anxiety and sleeplessness. I heard about Aurelia EEC a few weeks back and have since completed 6 hours in the Energy Hall. Not only has my sleeping pattern improved, but my concentration at work is sharper and I feel more relaxed and motivated.
